Roe Catalano started in the awning business in 1948 in Brooklyn selling and manufacturing all hardware to other awning companies. In 1970, Roe took over the Abble Awning Company in Bethpage, NY and brought it to the outstanding company that it is now. Roe now serves as a consultant while sons Tom and John and daughter Josephine Mackey operate the business with the help of Theresa (wife/mother).
